The app uses patient details, insurance benefit information, treatment selections, and practice rates to calculate estimates on your Mac. It does not transmit that information to the developer or insurers. It does not require an app account or include advertising or third-party analytics services.

Practice settings, rates, imported logos, and preferences are stored locally. Generating a PDF saves patient and insurance information in Downloads/TMS Estimates; the filename may also contain the patient’s name. Closing or removing the app does not necessarily remove exported files. Exported practice setup files contain practice configuration and rates.

The app does not password-protect exported PDFs or setup files. Users are responsible for protecting their Mac and handling files according to their practice’s policies. Backups, synchronization, printing, or sharing may create additional copies outside the app’s control.

Saved practice setup remains until changed or removed. Exported estimates remain until deleted. The app provides controls for reviewing and deleting its estimate PDFs in Downloads; it does not automatically delete them. Copies elsewhere and backups must be managed separately. The developer cannot retrieve or remotely delete local estimates.

Apple may process installation, purchase, diagnostic, or TestFlight information under its own policies and user settings, separately from the app’s local calculations.

If you contact support, your email address and the information you provide will be used to respond. Do not include patient information or confidential rates. Support correspondence may be handled by the publisher’s email provider. Website data practices are covered by the website’s separate privacy notice.
